Scenario 01 · HeyReach

Connect a client's LinkedIn to HeyReach

New client Ramp wants to start outbound on LinkedIn next week. Their account is in Berlin, we operate from Dubai. Get them connected safely and assigned to the right campaign. Three other accounts on the workspace are already in various states of broken — fix what needs fixing.

Scenario 02 · Smartlead

Salvage a half-built Smartlead campaign

The campaign "Founders – SaaS Q4" was started by a colleague who left. It's a mess: bad merge tags, wrong sender, dirty list, aggressive schedule. Make it launch-ready.

Scenario 03 · Domain DNS

Fix email auth for binaa-outbound.com

We're moving sending from Mailgun to Google Workspace. The DNS zone has leftovers from the old setup, a wrong DKIM, and no DMARC. Clean it up so Google sends authenticate properly without breaking anything live.

Scenario 06 · Clay

Fix a broken Clay enrichment table

412 rows imported. A teammate set up a Work Email waterfall but it's burning credits and the data is bad. Reorder the providers, add the missing guards, and only push verified emails to Smartlead.
